Abstract

Aiming at inclusive education is a hallmark of contemporary educational systems. European solutions in this area are not uniform, though individual states make attempts to imitate the best, well‑tested solutions. Moreover, the needs and expectations of disabled people and the environment in which they live are changing. Hence, the quest for the best solutions becomes a characteristic feature of any inclusive education. What should also be taken into account are the barriers faced by people with disabilities and their parents, guardians orteachers.
