Abstract

The following article treats on the silent settlement of a case which constitutes a new solutions introduced to the Administrative Procedure Code by an act amending the act from the 7th April 2017 – Administrative Procedure Code and some other bills. The author characterizes the structure of silent settlement in Substantive Administrative Law and doubts connected to it; then the author analyzes solutions within the structure of the silent settlement that have been introduced by an amendment of the procedural administrative regulations. Further on, the author examines evidence of implementing silent settlement structure, its character, form, and consequences that result from the implementation to Administrative Procedure Code.
