Abstract: Suicide is one of the most common causes of death among young people. According to data collected on the basis of death certificates by the Central Statistical Office, in 2009 in Poland taken their own lives 294 people to 19 years of age. Every year not only increases the number of deaths due to suicide attempts, but also lowers the age of the victims. Ways to realize more and more suicidal intent provides the Internet. It is not only base hints to help take one’s own life, but also provides companions to deliver this objective. The researchers also point to the phenomenon of modeling the teenagers heroes of popular culture who committed suicide. In this context, proposes the inclusion of young people preventative actions aimed at reducing the risk of suicide. The purpose of this chapter is to investigate the causes of suicide attempts by young people, the analysis of the role of the Internet in shaping the behavior of suicidal adolescents and to provide guidance on the provision of assistance to persons with thoughts of suicide. This chapter presented an overview of research on this subject and analysis of the film “Suicide Room” directed by John Komasa.
