Abstract

The article presents the problems connected with the changing role of science and technology in relation to the society. In connection with those changes the conception of "responsible research and innovations" (RRI) arises. The realization of this conception is connected with the necessity of participation of society on the processes of innovation's development. The article presents the role of science and technology and society in the realization of RRI. It is connected with the necessity of co-responsibility of different subjects and with the technology assessment. The changes of responsibility of technoscience are connected with the role of the knowledge and the lack of knowledge in the processes of co-responsibility.
