Strategie koprodukcyjne (polsko-francuskie) w perspektywie transkulturowej

Abstract

The article aims at presenting film co-production issues from the transcultural perspective. At the beginning of her reflection, the article author distinguishes four areas to be analysed: the essence of co-production, transculturality, transcultural cinema and the specific nature of Polish-French cooperation. The ‘trans’ perspective is adapted from the concept of Basarab Nicolescu whose universal definition of transdiciplinarity and transculturality seems to override other detailed proposals of, inter alia, Deborah Shaw. Searching for identity, war as a common European experience, travels as well as the desire to universalise one’s own locality are the most European cultural identity.
