| Abstrakt: | The article considers the Polish community in South-Eastern Ukraine and the analysis of the term Polonia. The author attempts to answer questions: 1. Who is an individual? 2. Is the individual regarded as a Pole or as a representative of the Polish diaspora? 3. Is this term unequivocal nowadays? The Polish diaspora is an extremely interesting phenomenon and the aim of the research is to describe how Polish communities are regarded in the Ukraine, especially in the south-east. The Zaporizhia region serves as an example. |
