Leksika predydusego sostoania v aspekte izucenia izmenenij leksiceskogo sostava sovremennogo azyka

Abstract

The article is devoted to a phenomenon of a partial transition to a passive layer of this part of lexis which shows a relation with the previous era ( the language of the Soviet period). The subject of analysis includes linguistic items evaluating man in a negative way. They were divided into groups according to the level and lexical (semantic, connotative, and evaluative) changes and transformations which condition a transition of lexemes to passive vocabulary on the one hand, and facilitate its adaptation in the language of a new epoch on the other. The material presented allows for investigating linguistic changes which are the result of socio- political changes, influencing a lexical store, structure and organization of lexis, both in its centre and peripheries, and relations between passive and active vocabulary, as well as a clash of the old with the new one.
