Abstract

One of the most important factors that determine employee's work situation and their working conditions are undoubtedly relations in the workplace. In the case of high-risk professions - in particular the military and the police - these relationships are strictly defined by law, which involves the hierarchical nature and execution the orders of superiors. Article aims to provide an assessment of the occurrence of conflicts and their causes that occur between superiors and subordinates in high-risk professions. An example of the relationships that occur in everyday police officers’ work.
