The author discusses the issue of a child’s musical activity in the light of the assumptions of the pedagogy of creativity and the methodology of music teaching in younger classes. She con-centrates on the interpretation of the term of “activity” as well as on basic forms of a student’s reproductive and creative activities. She looks for the relationships between the processes of memory: remembering, storing and reminding with students’ musical activity.
