| Abstract: | The article describes the problem of economic exclusion and the influence of this phenomenon on the accessibility of the health care system on the example of the city of Siemianowice Śląskie. The phenomenon of health inequalities and its determinants was also analysed. The results of research carried out on a sample of 342 households that had been granted temporary benefits by the Municipal Centre for Social Welfare in Siemianowice Śląskie in 2011 are presented. |
