Abstract

The way of experiencing a crisis and looking for methods of coping with it are shaped by structural and cultural contexts. These contexts depend on a place of residence, prior experiences, and opportunity to use available resources that can condition, for example, temporary assistance. The aim of this article is to reflect on the strategies of dealing with crisis moments that force reorganisation of not only current patterns of money management, but also trigger the process of modernisation of broadly understood patterns of conduct.
