Perełki Mili jako przykład jedności ikonolingwistycznej w książce dla dzieci

Abstract

Poznań series of artistically sophisticated books for children Mila’s Pearls, was created by Elżbieta Krygowska‑Butlewska — the visual artist and the illustrator. It originated from the desire to commemorate unusual poet Emilia Waśniowska. The most outstanding authors of the children’s fiction were chosen for the series. The entire book series is carefully thought over: from the composition of covers, through the choice of the font type and size, to lively, colorful graphic layout. Words and images match perfectly, presenting very suggestive and pictorial whole. Till now, four volumes of the series were already published: Liliana Bardijewska Bajka o kapciuszku, czyli jak to z wdzięcznością było (2008), Zofia Beszczyńska’s Skąd się biorą wilki (2009), Joanna Papuzińska’s Krasnoludki pucybutki (2011) and Joanna Kulmowa’s Mysz jak nie mysz (2011).
