| Abstrakt: | Legal regime of access to information on the environment in Russian Federation law is significantly different from the one accepted by the member states of the European Union. Its main characteristic is the lack of a single legal act regulating all aspects of this subject. The aim of the article is to present solutions that were adopted in this area in the provisions concerning ecological expertise, which is one of the most important institutions in russian environmental law. |
