dc.description.abstract | Artykuł przedstawia jedną z nowszych propozycji poszukiwania ogólnej teorii public relations. Najbardziej popularne teorie ogólne public relations, tj. teoria doskonałości, teoria kontyngencji i teoria zarządzania relacjami są korpocentryczne. Zakładają one, że to organizacje "wynalazły" public relations. Jedno z najnowszych podejść bazuje na teorii interesariuszy i ukazuje, że dziedzina ta wywodzi się od grup stojących vis-a-vis organizacji, przede wszystkim aktywistów. Ponadto, szczególnie uwydatnia ono rolę etyki i władzy w procesie tworzenia i utrzymywania relacji. | pl_PL |
