| Abstract: | The following article is an attempt to analyse a temporal perspective of the contemporary employment contract in the context of time frames of the psychological contract. The research process employed eight-dimensional psychological contract: stability, range, perspicuity, concentration, time-frame, particularism, voluntarism and party plurality. The form of a temporary psychological contract was analyzed basing on findings of 300 temporary agency workers all over Poland. |
