Literackie silva rerum : piśmiennictwo śląskie w przestrzeni kultury regionu

Abstract

The book concerns selected areas of the literature written in the Silesia region in the inter‑war period. It contains three parts. Each of them collects a literary material concentrated on separate research problems, such as: 1) the person of an author inscribed in the text, being a master and authority in a certain field of a creative activity, 2) individual and collective human experiences in the light of the literature „sensitive to time”, 3) the relationship between a person and the space and place, mutual interdependence, as well as constituting the space by the people present therein. The explication of selected issues used a rich and varied literary material: journalism, literary monographs and reportages, a novel prose and poetry.
