| Abstract: | The article constitutes the bibliometric analysis of 60 library and information science foreign journals, based on data included in the 1999-2004 Journal Citation Reports. Social Sciences Edition database. The results obtained were compared with the outcomes of the studies carried out between 1993 and 1998. All the titles were checked in Centralny Katalog Czasopism Zagranicznych, and full-text journal services. Most of the analysed journals (52) are available in the Polish libraries in the form of a traditional subscription or on-line. The CYTBIN database provided information in which citations of 23 periodicals were provided. |
