| Abstrakt: | This article is aimed at presenting and analysing the concept of social safety along with the evolution of this category. There will be also outlined the main risk factors for social safety and the welfare state. Additionally, determinants of social safety (especially axiological determinants), their character and the consequences of their influence on the national security policy will be the other subjects of the deliberations. |
