Abstract: Housing for people with disabilities is one of the basic areas of normalization. Such independence of the intellectually disabled is still rare in Poland. The text tries to capture the significance of adults with intellectual disabilities finding their independent housing, as a part of “The Perfect World” original concept focusing on the lifelong support of the people with more severe mental dysfunction.
