Wybrane elementy analizy instrumentalnej w badaniach zabytkowej książki

Abstract

The author presented the basic analytic techniques, especially the chromatography, useful in the conservation of the antique books. He indicated the possibilities of the use of EDS technique, electron microscopy and roentgen fluorescence. These techniques are found to be helpful in the registration of the changes that happen in the antique paper and in the observation of its morphology. The basic chemical investigations related with the antique books were commented as well.
