Realizacja Bethesda Statement on Access Publishing przez biblioteki uczelni technicznych w Polsce

Abstract

The author concentrates on the rules described in the Bethesda Statement on Open Access Publishing. She enumerates the initiatives of libraries of technical universities regarding the creation of electronic sources of the primary information. There are characterized the electronic sources created with the cooperation of technical libraries, among others: Main Library of the Technical University of Cracow, Main Library of the Technical University of Warsaw, Main Library of the Academy of Mining and Metallurgy, Main Library of the Technical University of Lodz, Main Library and the Scientific Information Center of the Technical University of Wroclaw. There are analyzed: the collection’s structure, the access to information by means of simple, advanced and complex searching, the available indices and their structure.
