Abstract

Artykuł porusza kwestię wyrównywania szans na uniwersytecie, zwracając szczególną uwagę na rodzicielstwo jako źródło statusu Innego. Zwraca uwagę na jawną i ukrytą dyskryminację doświadczaną przez osoby zarówno studiujące jak i pracujące na uniwersytecie, z ekspozycją płci jako kategorii opisowej i wyjaśniającej. Opisuje także formalne i nieformalne działania przeciwstawiające się wykluczaniu matek i ojców z roli studenckiej oraz roli badaczek i badaczy, wykładowczyń i wykładowców. The article raises the question of equal opportunities at the university, with special attention paid to parenting as the source of the status of the Other. Additionally, it draws attention to the overt and covert discrimination experienced by people both studying and working at the university. The author focuses also on gender as a descriptive and explanatory category. Moreover, she also describes the formal and informal activities opposing the exclusion of mothers and fathers in the role of the student and the role of researchers and scientists.
