Poradnik - gatunek interakcyjny?

Abstract

The article deals with the problem of the interactivity of the functional (primarily monologue) speech genre referred to as the guide. The observation covered the written texts (selected book publications concerning different spheres of life), which, as it turned out, constitute a record of a specific type of communication - a one-way dialogue. The authors are paying more and more attention to the dialoguesness of discourses typical of a guide, and suggest that a potential reader is its co-author, they predict his/her reactions, quote potential replies, answer questions easy to reconstruct, and the like. The means enumerated are, according to the author, used to emphasise and dynamise the written tradition, and enhance its communicativeness.
