| Abstrakt: | The enactment of a good law is the basic instrument of good governance. The model of creation and application of the law, however, gives rise to an issue. The main flaws of the Polish legislation include: fluctuations of legal provisions, infringements of legislative procedures, lack of transparency, inconsistencies, temporary solutions and its incompatibility with the EU law and the Constitution. |
