| Abstract: | The following article constitutes an introduction to changes made in the Administrative Procedure Code by an act amending the act from 7th April 2017 – Administrative Procedure Code and some other bills. The author describes the legislative works and presents objectives of the act amending the act and its range. The author points to new institutions to administrative procedures and describes changes which took effect from 1st June 2017. |
