Abstrakt: Bioethical considerations often prompt scientists to question whether medical ethics (deontology) is to follow the development of technology or vice versa - the technique should follow ethics. This problem also applies to transplantation and surrogacy. One of the biggest doubts concerns the paid nature of transferring the organ for transplantation or the paid birth of a child to another woman after artificial insemination. The vast majority of countries in the world do not allow this practice, often criminalizing such behavior. The publication presents Polish solutions in this area and their evaluation.
