Słowo i język w akmeistycznych utworach Osipa Mandelsztama i w ich polskich przekładach

Abstract

The article discusses the role of the word and language in Osip Mandelsztam’s poetry. It also presents the principle governing the creation of the poetic image in works by the author of Kamień. The analysis was conducted on the basis of selected motives of Mandelsztam’s works whereas the translatological perspective helped to define the main problems appearing when translating the very works into Polish.
