| Abstrakt: | In the article the authors present the theoretical and practical outline of creative and emotional competence as a main need of teachers. The theoretical part of the article considers the latest research into creativity and emotional intelligence. The authors pay special attention to the importance of these abilities in contemporary school. The diagnostic part concentrates on a results of the questionnaire study, led on the sample of 140 teachers of primary and secondary schools. |
