Abstract: The paper presents the results of modeling using finite element method superelastic phenomena occurring in shape memory alloys. The methodology for modeling uniaxial tensile and three-point bending was discussed. Numerical analysis was carried out in 14.5 ANSYS. The values of tensile stress as a function of strain and the force reaction in relation to displacement for the NiTi beam were shown. The obtained results were compared with good qualitatively agreement with experimental data given in work Auricchio et al. Using finite element method in optimization of manufacturing materials in which occur the superelastic effect was shown.
