Miejsce bibliografii terytorialnych w systemie komunikacji społecznej : wybrane zagadnienia

Abstract

The article presents the place of territory bibliographies in the system of regional and, in a broader perspective, social communication. The very place is determined by, for example, functions ascribed to these types of bibliographies. That is why the aims of terrotory bibliographies, such as academic, informative, documentary, patriotic, political and regional, etc. were discussed. Besides, the attention was paid to several features of territory bibliographies which directly combine it with the system of social communication. To these features belong standardisation of the methodology of territory bibliography (normalization of formal and subject bibliographic descriptions and a format of electronic data), introduction of a common computerised system which allows for conducting regional data bases and cooperation between regional centres working on territory bibliogrpahies. A unified outline of content division in territory bibliographies, sources of bibliographic descriptions and the problem of placing territory bibliographies in the Internet were elaborated on.
