Abstract: The main aim of this study is to investigate the usefulness of websites selected spas enterprises in Poland. The analysis included 37 Polish websites spa business. The efficiency of web service tested by masked surveys (mystery shopping), and using a ethical conduct code in the operation of medical HONcode websites.
