Abstract

Our life keeps changing along with the changes in the surrounding world. School as well as all that concerns conditions for learning is getting more and more important. What is visible at first glance (e.g. a building, classrooms, up-to-date equipment, space for relaxation) may prove attractive and thus evokes students’ interest. However, it is also people who work there; those who teach and those who learn. The shaping relationships as well as common expectations and congenial atmosphere might wonderfully influence students’ motivation and educational work as well. Moreover, they might encourage the use of all students’ potential. How to develop motivation to render teacher’s job satisfying, and how to arouse a feeling that students would know that things they are taught are important and useful. For a teacher it is not an easy task, for failure, discouragement or burnout seem closer to teacher’s profession.
