Analityczne struktury werbo-nominalne w słowackich tekstach prasowych

Abstract

The paper is about verbo-nominal structures in the contemporary Slovak journalistic texts. Representative structures like mat’vplyv/vplyvat’, mat’moznost’/ umoznit’, venovat’ pozornost’, dat’ prednost’/ uprednostnit’ and so on, are characterized according to frequency and productivity. Characteristic features of the analitical constructions in Slovak journalistic texts are formality, conventionality and distinctness. These are results of multiverbation process, which gives multiply stylistic and expressive possibilities. Apart from this, multiverbation processes adapt to continuously changing interpersonal communication.
