Podmiotowość w dyskursie z perspektywy pragmatycznej. Na przykładzie implikatur konwersacyjnych

Abstract

The purpose of this article is to analyse the behaviour of entities in legal discourse from a pragmatic perspective. I have advanced here the thesis that the same pragmatic inferences (conversational implicatures) behave similarly both in everyday, informal acts of communication, as well as in formalised and specialised legal discourse. The necessity to recognise the intentions of the speaker is the most important of the addressee’s tasks. Conversational implicatures of Grice, constituting a model of pragmatic inference located outside the semantically encoded content of the utterance, point out to the entities’ universal behaviour in any discourse, including legal discourse.
