| Abstract: | The aim of the article is to approach the problems of the inside trading phenomenon and market manipulation, which prevent full and proper market transparency, which is a prerequisite for trading for all economic actors in integrated financial markets. Use of inside information can consist in the acquisition or disposal of financial instruments by a person who knows, or ought to have known, that the information possessed is inside information. |
