Abstract

The administrative-law status of the citizen, including the elderly, is result of many of normative acts. They define the catalog of rights and obligations of one party, on the other defines the responsibilities of state and local government realizing a policy of a senior. Instruments to effectively realize taken assumptions are primarily programs and the harmonization of interministerial action.
