Языковые средства выражения отрицательной оценки в российском оппозиционном политическом дискурсе

Abstract

In the article the subject of analysis was associated with the means of expressing negative evaluation. Press interviews with the representatives of Russian political opposition, treated as one of the spheres of the realisation of the political discourse, were used as research material. Th e object of the evaluation featured in the aforementioned texts was associated with those who were in power at that time and the actions undertaken by them. Th e observations that were made enabled the author to determine the tendency in the way negative evaluation was expressed. Th ese observations also confi rmed the results obtained by researchers that in the axiological perspective the goal of the political discourse of the opposition is to suggest/ingrain a specifi c evaluation to the recipients and to make the latter react to the content of the statements.
