Abstract: The analysis based on the relativistic mean field (RMF) theory with the isoscalar–isovector interactions has been performed in order to study properties of a warm, asymmetric nuclear matter in -equilibrium. The influence of this additional meson interactions on the composition and structure of a neutron star has been studied. The obtained results refer to the case with only nucleon degree of freedom and to a neutron star matter which includes hyperons.
