Prawne aspekty bezpieczeństwa w bibliotece : wybrane zagadnienia

Abstract

The basic library functions of collecting, processing, storing and sharing collections require the employed librarians a number of obligations related to what is widely considered as “protection”. The concept of security in the library needs to be seen, therefore, from different perspectives: from basic forms of protection and security inherent in employment contract, to the protection of the library properties. Regulations concerning the safety of the work process in the library has never been regulated in a particular manner, therefore, it is necessary to examine the generally applied bills. A similar procedure should be carried out analyzing issues related to the protection of library properties and the responsibility for damage.
