| Abstrakt: | The article presents six perspectives of global coaching. Its designer is Philippe Rosinski, the leading authority in the field of executive and leadership coaching. I prove that each of the distinguished perspectives (physical, managerial, psychological, political, cultural and spiritual) affects another, albeit important aspect of human life. In addition, all of these perspectives make up the holographic model and realize in the VUCA complexity paradigm. |
