| Abstract: | The author discusses selected controversies over the object and scope of the forensic psychiatrie opinion, selection of the expert, indication of the deadline for the execution of the court sentence as well as differences of opinion as to when appointment of a forensic psychiatrist is really essential. He suggests several resolutions based on current court proceedings law and doctrinal opinions. |
