Abstract: This paper is the product of long studies on the specific character of FL teachers’ work. It comprises the latest achievements of language teaching methodology. The author considers it to be especially important since her intention is to combine such procedures as diary writing and lesson observations into one model that concentrates on FL teachers’ creativity. The first level of this model is designed for student teachers. Later, participant observations and self observations are expected to contribute to the development of FL teacher’s autonomy. Autonomous teachers will most probably produce autonomous learners.
