Abstract

This article refers to public fundraising institutions which may constitute one of ways of funding social events. The author describes a legal regulation governing this subject i.e. the author presents proper bodies which may submit public fundraising notions. Also, the author characterizes the duties as well as points to the controlling mechanisms that guarantee regularity and legality in the field of conducting public fundraising.
